Shipping
• Due to products being printed on demand, IDT Productions LLC (fulfilled and shipped by Monsta Clothing Company) will ship within 7 business days of when original order has been placed.
• Please note that all products purchased from the official iDeepThroat Store from IDT Productions LLC, will show up as “Monsta Clothing Company” on your charge statements (as Monsta Clothing Company is the fulfillment and shipment company handling all store orders for IDT Productions LLC)
Returns
• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must not be soiled with sweat, dirt or any elements.
• Your item needs to contain the original packing slip that came with your shipment. (or proof of purchase)
• PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping is 100% the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded for the examples listed above.
How do I properly submit my request for a return or refund?
Make sure to fill out all fields in the form below to confirm your request. Only returns/refunds that are submitted with an Order Number will be reviewed for return or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand that there are times when the customer orders a specific item and then decides to exchange it for another size or different item. When this occurs, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the full shipping cost for returning the original item to IDT Productions LLC. Once we receive your item, IDT Productions LLC will cover the shipping back to you.
This policy only applies to domestic US customers. Any international orders that require a return, you (customer) will be required to cover the entire cost of goods to IDT Productions LLC as well as the international return shipment from IDT Productions LLC back to you.
If the cost of the replacement product is less than the original product, IDT Productions LLC will subtract the difference from the return shipping cost.
In the rare case that IDT Productions LLC makes the error when shipping out your product (it could happen…we are human. lol), all we would need is for you to fill out the return/refund online form.
Refunds
• You have 30 calendar days to return an item, from the date you received it, for a full refund of the product.
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must not be soiled with sweat, dirt or any elements.
• Your item needs to contain the original packing slip that came with your shipment. (or proof of purchase)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
PLEASE NOTE: The refunded amount will ONLY be the total amount of the product itself. The shipping cost will always be through a third party so shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item(s), as soiled garments will not be eligible for return).
The item(s) must have been purchased at regular price. Sale and/or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. upon approval, your refund will be processed.
Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. PLEASE NOTE: The refund amount will be for the cost of the goods (NOT THE SHIPPING). The amount will appear on your credit card statement (from Monsta Clothing Company) within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of I Deep Throat (IDT Productions LLC).
Note: When you return an item for a refund, the applicable taxes will be refunded. taxes paid on shipping fees are non refundable, unless as a result of an error on our part.
Exchanges are not available at this time. you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
• In order to cancel an existing order that you have place, please contact us via email at customerservice@ideepthroat.com within 24 hours and state the following in your email.Subject Header: IDT Order CancellationIn the body of the email:- Invoice Number- Full Name- Reason for cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: Allow 48-72 hours for order to be canceled and original payment refunded back to your credit card used for payment.
